Key Objective

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising exceptional paid media strategies across multiple client accounts.

Core Responsibilities 

Campaign Development and Optimisation

  • Conduct comprehensive audits to create and implement strategies that align with clients' goals

  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across various brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives

  • Conduct keyword research, budget planning, and build well-structured campaigns for optimal performance

  • Accurately set up and monitor conversion, event, and goal tracking to ensure reliable reporting

  • Meticulously manage budgets and forecasts to control advertising spend and maximise ROI

  • Provide detailed and analytical reports that highlight performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and identify new opportunities

  • Propose and manage split tests and other optimisation strategies to drive consistent improvement

  • Collaborate with clients’ development teams to improve landing page experiences and coordinate with creative teams for effective display ads

  • Have a deep understanding of client’s business objectives and design ROI focused paid media strategies 

  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually captivating assets that drive engagement and maximise conversions for our campaigns

Client Communication and Account Management

  • Proactively monitor client campaigns and update internal systems with performance data

  • Assist with client onboarding on request - developing detailed paid media roadmaps tailored to individual accounts

  • Regularly update clients on ongoing strategies and campaign performance, including KPIs and optimisations.

  • Build and maintain client dashboards for real-time tracking and effective reporting.

  • Prepare and present reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews

  • Provide ongoing feedback to clients on improving ad performance, including identifying landing page optimisation and site functionality enhancements. 

  • Attend and contribute to client WIP meetings, send follow-up updates, and ensure client satisfaction remains high, flagging any ‘at-risk’ accounts to senior leadership.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager to create proposals, contribute to client pitches and renewals

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in paid media platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads and analytics tools like Google Analytics (Meta and LinkedIn Ad experience also favoured)

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and propose meaningful strategies

  • Results-driven and solution-oriented, with an eagerness to exceed client expectations.

  • Outstanding organisational skills, able to manage your workload effectively and assist in team planning.

Key Objective

The role of the Growth Manager is to power our day-to-day sales activities, helping us to spread the word about Reboot and engage with potential customers.  

You will own and initiate tasks independently, lead on outreach and contribute to client wins and agency growth. You’ll benefit from the support of our Growth Director and collaborate through the sales process.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Book meetings for you and the Growth Director to qualify and nurture new leads

You will have exposure to a wide pool of client industries and be expected to put any relevant sector knowledge and experience to good use in team ideation and outreach sessions.

  • Attend and actively contribute to ideation sessions; always thinking of digital PR campaign ideas that will earn clients top tier media coverage and backlinks

Digital Design Manager

 

The Opportunity 

As the Digital Design Manager for Reboot, you will have lots of demonstrable experience in producing superior creative assets and co-ordinating design projects from start to finish. You will take ownership of digital design output across an array of projects - including branding, events, digital marketing, social campaigns and more! 

 

You will be genuinely passionate about ‘levelling-up’ the agency - helping to power both our internal vision and our clients briefs, through effective use of creative design. Identifying ways in which design technology can help streamline processes and drive better business results.

 

You’ll take that energy and enthusiasm and use it to confidently manage, mentor and motivate Reboot’s design team. You will be hands-on, working to keep output high and deliver creative concepts that impress our clients and do wonders for our own marketing efforts. 

Reporting To

As a Digital Design Manager, you will report directly to our Creative Director.

 

Key Objective

As an assertive and energetic Digital Design Manager you will thrive in high-pressure environments and be keen to share your expertise with the wider team. You will collaborate on internal creative projects, this may be from your own initiative or through breaking down briefs provided by Marketing and Directors. 

 

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day running of the graphic design team; holding them accountable. You will ensure efficient delivery of projects and completion of tasks through setting priorities, deadlines and reviewing output. You will empower and inspire them to deliver solid design solutions and pre-empt queries.

 

You will also work closely with the Operations Director to automate processes that maximise team efficiency and remove bottlenecks.

 

Core Responsibilities 

Design Work and Quality Assurance 

  • Lead design team ideation sessions; always thinking of design concepts that will earn clients organic links and/or best visualise our data

  • Attend digital PR ideation sessions where applicable, to align on heavyweight/augmented campaigns or HRP pieces 

  • Develop extensive design briefs, inc. layout, format, sizing and SEO optimisation elements

  • The go-to for when the team need standard onsite design delivered at pace - with attention to detail and no spelling mistakes

  • Analyse datasets to get to the most suitable angle for design creation (dependent on the campaign type, i.e. HRP/PR)

  • Able to tackle a Hyper Relevancy campaign design from start to finish, with limited to no input from Creative/SEO Directors

  • Proactively reassure managers on the status of assigned design tasks, including for those you oversee, so to avoid status update requests 

  • Carry out in-depth design checks to for team development, but also support client reporting / pitches / QBRs

  • Proactively look for opportunities to develop your design skills and keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to updates in the industry 

 

Design Team Management 

  • Run monthly planning sessions and capacity reviews 

  • Lead weekly sprints with the team to effectively assign and delegate work

  • Assign approximate time estimations and deadlines for design tasks and projects and ensure that these are being met

    • and that the wider team is made aware if/when extensions are needed, for what reason(s), and how we can set more accurate deadlines for similar tasks/projects in the future

  • Keep any design team members and/or freelancers accountable for their work and delivering on tasks efficiently and within agreed upon deadlines 

  • Line manage team members inc. (but not limited to) probation, 1-1s, performance reviews and appraisals

  • Motivate the team to deliver their work to the best of their ability and to follow industry best practises

  • Maintain and develop training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to streamline dev processes i.e Graphic Design Playbook

  • Train the wider team on processes for any given task or project before work begins on it and to ensure the timely delivery of completed tasks/projects

    • e.g. by creating and managing the use of templated Trello cards to probably scope tasks and/or setting up recurring cards for common design  tasks

  • Educate and inform the wider team on how new technology may be able to help improve and enhance their campaign work and improve processes
