How does the 4-day week work?

It’s exactly what it sounds like: 4 days of work, 3 days off, every single week.

You’ll work 30 hours (34 if you include lunch breaks), not 40 squeezed into fewer days. You’ll get 100% pay for 80% of the time, in exchange for a commitment to deliver 100% productivity.

Do you have an office?

Nope... we’re fully remote! But that doesn’t mean you’ll be isolated. We have a Hubble subscription, which means you can book co-working spaces across the UK whenever you fancy a change of scenery or want to work alongside colleagues.
