Key Objective

Your core objective is to drive the strategic and successful execution of campaigns across multiple services, ensuring team productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue retention. 

You’ll be accountable for fostering strong client relationships and empowering the team to deliver results, and solutions and pre-empt client queries - working to build trust and close relationships.

As a senior member of the digital PR team, you will be expected to be on top of quality assurance checks and to take the lead on client account queries. You will have your finger on the pulse of results, lead client QBR meetings and be the best example of our account management services.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Own and nurture key client relationships across services, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring clients’ satisfaction and retention.

  • Oversee campaign delivery for high-value and complex accounts, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  • Develop and execute cross-service strategies in collaboration with PPC, SEO, and HRP teams, aligning with broader client objectives.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and present recommendations to the client strategy team, for long-term success.

  • Lead client meetings, including QBRs and strategic reviews, ensuring clear communication of performance metrics, campaign progress, and future plans.

  • Contribute to client pitches and renewals where appropriate

  • Act as a liaison between Digital PR and other services, ensuring cohesive delivery on cross-service accounts.

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of digital PR strategies, blending what you can into the clients wider marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with strategists and senior leadership to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

  • Represent Digital PR in cross-departmental projects, contributing insights and recommendations for integrated campaigns.

  • Set the benchmark for quality in campaign execution, ensuring press releases, outreach, and media strategies deliver high-value results.

  • Monitor industry trends across all service areas, leveraging insights to improve strategies and identify reactive opportunities.

  • Drive innovation in campaign planning, ensuring all outputs align with client goals and maximise link acquisition from top-tier publications.

  • Maintain a top-level overview of your managers client accounts; be on hand to advise on campaign scoping and planning 

  • Lead client WIP meetings and write/send WIP email updates in a timely manner 

  • Book and lead on QBRs, seeking relevant support where appropriate

  • Proactively monitor and track PR coverage - keeping the placement backend system and client link tracker up to date

  • A first escalation point for Managers requiring support with client queries. Confidently supporting on client calls and ensuring that they are proactively organising weekly WIP emails

  • Stay ahead of team KPIs, ensuring clients expectations and goals are met

Training & Line Management

  • Lead, mentor, and coach managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Develop the managerial skills of Digital PR Managers, providing guidance on account management, cross-service collaboration, and leadership techniques.

  • Support the development of team members’ technical and creative capabilities, providing regular feedback and setting clear growth objectives.

  • Identify and address team skill gaps, working with senior leadership to implement tailored training initiatives.

  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Regular contributions to Reboot’s, thought leadership, and internal experiments.

  • Plan and lead advanced training sessions for managers and executives, reinforcing Reboot’s culture of excellence.
